Sense, Move & Recalibrate.
Becoming whole is not about erasing pain but recalibrating how we carry it. I believe the essence of recalibrating—especially from trauma, shame, or painful dynamics—can be about learning to use our attention to shift how we respond. The pain doesn’t disappear, but the suffering can.
While recalibrating, we learn to pause, notice and attune to new ways of being, creating space for growth, balance, and self-compassion. Shifting patterns of suffering is not a straight line—it’s an ongoing practice of adjusting and aligning with the fullness of who we are becoming. My journey has shown me that this work can feel unraveling, raw, and deeply vulnerable—AND it is not meant to be held alone. I am ever grateful to the hands and hearts of my sisters, my guides, and my own therapist who hold me through it. We were never meant to carry this weight in isolation—healing happens in connection.

“ Your (Stefanie) knowledge + expertise in your area is incredible. You also have such a way of making people feel safe + you are able to talk about things in a non-patronizing way which I’ve found is hard to come by in this area”
