Sense, Move & Recalibrate.
Becoming whole is not about erasing pain but recalibrating how we carry it. I believe the essence of recalibrating—especially from trauma, shame, or painful dynamics—can be about learning to use our attention to shift how we respond. The pain doesn’t disappear, but the suffering can.
While recalibrating, we learn to pause, notice and attune to new ways of being, creating space for growth, balance, and self-compassion. Shifting patterns of suffering is not a straight line—it’s an ongoing practice of adjusting and aligning with the fullness of who we are becoming.
My journey has shown me that this work can feel unraveling, raw, and deeply vulnerable—AND it is not meant to be held alone. I am ever grateful to the hands and hearts of my sisters, my guides, and my own therapist holding me through it. We were never meant to carry this weight in isolation—healing happens in connection.

"The manner in which all things came to a screeching halt in Covid shutdown for my student was mind blowing. She is a TAG, 2E empathic who feels so deeply when in most situations especially given crisis situations. Stefanie's weekly Zoom group meeting to support my student and others alike, was an incredibly helpful experience! She took time for each student, had mindful convos and fun exercises!”

“Stefanie Raccuglia is a warm vibrant soul. She worked with my son for many years using movement to facilitate his own self-expression. In the process, she helped him experience himself as beautiful & talented, and supported me as the parent of a talented neuro-atypical child. She’s made a huge difference in our family’s life.“

“Stefanie works with our agency in a few spaces... she does a group with our care coordinators to talk about client work and support for the care team in what they need to do their best work. She also facilitates a group of our team supervisors. We love the mindfulness she brings to the groups and does a great job holding space for what is needed in each moment. We all love the work Stefanie does and looking forward to continuing with her in 2022!“
